102AA- Introduction to The Kemetic Diet-Ancient wisdom for modern healthThe Main Teachings brought out in the lecture:
Mettu: Vascular System
Crucial to keep all pathways clear. clogging, blocks, aneurysms, obstructions, clots, constipation, doubts, fears, etc.
There is only ONE SOURCE of disease and illness. UKERU
Disease is a process that obstructs the vascular system.
anything that is usually freely flowing and is now blocked.
Body Toxicity is due to unrighteousness.
JOURNAL ENTRY 6-24-2015
I was listening to the audio lecture for lesson 2. At 7:42 am, my alarm went off for me to do my meditation about My Eight Streams of Income. (I have good health in most areas except for financial. which is connected to sefkhet aritu [root chakra] and holding onto past trauma, etc.) During the audio lecture on the vascular system flourishing, I had an impromptu vocabulary lesson, which led to the birth of a new song about my eight streams of income, and anything that needs to be flowing.
Here is the song https://soundcloud.com/bluelotusspeaks/mettu-wadj/s-9B0kf
and the lyrics and translation. DUA!!! (need to make a better recording, but here is the original; trusting Sesheta on pronunciation…)
VISUALIZE that my 8 Streams of Abundance/Prosperity/Income are FLOURISHING. OVERflowing Into my Oceanic Reservoir,
Nile River is overflowing into the Sea. Bloodstream, Meridians, Oxygen, Chakras, Sekhem, all flowing with ease and grace.Hetep Di Si Neter Iri Mettu Wadj. “Peace offering is made to propitiate that God may make the Vascular System Flourish. This is an Invocation of Health.”
Ag b Pair. Stream
Ag Aur Atru Celestial Waters; Arm of the Nile
Am Aur-t, (Dua) Nebt Aur Stream, flood, deluge; (ADORATIONS) GODDESS OF THE RIVER. THE STREAM OF THE NILE.Nekhira, Net Asar Brook, Stream; Stream of Asar in the Duat
Netra, Hebt Khennnnnnnnnn Stream, Canal, Water House; Flood, Stream; Water Station in the Desert, Stream.
DUA Nebt Aur, Nuk Pu Nebt Aur!
Now, I use this as my meditation, each day my alarm goes off and I sing this song, or play it in background. I visualize any blocks in my flow being removed. I also call on Anpu. If it is not already plugged in, I activate my Amethyst Crystal Water Fountain.Back to the recording…
Some tools that I use for removing Blocks:
KemeTones: Cosmic Sound Healing!
Replacing Negative Thoughts with Positive Thoughts.
Ra Sekhi (Kemetic Reikhi)
Living Journal
The Kemetic Diet is another tool for removing blocks in our system.
Tjef Neteru. Amun Uaa, Physical Movement (Dance, Swimming, Running, Hiking)Life Process: a process that produces life. The Ankh, a symbol of life is a cross (time and space) and a circle (that which is Eternal). The Unity of Male and Female which produces new life.
Poisons that produce Ukheru: causes the destruction to process of life.Un Em Ka Un (papyrus): “food for the mind is righteous everlasting word”
The Eye of Heru: opens awareness to the Divine Nature. This is the desire of the Soul.
Spiritual Disease: when you cannot find fulfillment even when successful
“If you kill what you eat, what you eat will kill you.”
Daily Uaa: Once the Vision has been activated by my Sekhem, then I can experience the flow, be in the Flow.
I take consistent action each day in each of the streams
Goddess of the Stream, Goddess of the Springs, Goddess of the Babbling Brook; Goddess of the EIGHT STREAMS.
I visualize how the water bursts forth from deep below the surface of the earth, and becomes a babbling brook or a spring, that grows into a stream that flows into a river that flows into the sea.
I also include my FireStory, because during this experience, I become one with the Water.
http://newday.tchiya.com/roofonfire
In this video, I also sing a new chant to Tefnut that just came to me while I was fighting the fire….I borrowed the melody from another tradition, but with a fire right across the street, and threatening to ignite on my yard any moment, I thought the first thing that came through would be best….To wrap this up, and to answer numbers 2-4,
I have become the Water. I am moving into the flow. I am One with the Flow. I have been writing more music about the water. These chants helped me when my neighborhood was on fire, and my home was in danger of catching on fire as well. This experience will be with me always. I leaned more about Tefnut, The Goddess of Water and Moisture, who is also the Lady of the Flame. I received a Sekhmet statue from Kemet. (Dua to Shems Baket for finding Her and bringing safely to Turtle Island (US) and sending yo Her new home…)
I feel that my connection to the Cosmic Forces associated with Healing, Fire, Water, Vascular Systems, Meridians, all of this, has been enhanced and intensified since I began working on this lesson. I can see and feel myself coming into my power more each day. My life is overflowing with knowledge, wisdom, cosmic forces, abundance, love, appreciation and gratitude. Even appreciation for my Self, which is new. I cannot even write everything down. Two of my streams were activated during this time as well. I hope that you can hear in the music and in my story.Dua Sebai Maa. Dua Seba Dja. Hetep

One correction is in the term “UKERU” –should be “UKHEDU”
It is good to know you are moving forward with the music and I saw your video and the struggle at your location there. It seems that California on the whole is becoming uninhabitable for varied reasons, not the least of which is the increasing numbers of fires.
I heard your song and am glad you are finding solace and support in it.
Your statement was very important: “My life is overflowing with knowledge, wisdom, cosmic forces, abundance, love, appreciation and gratitude. Even appreciation for my Self, which is new.”
All human beings have crises of self-appreciation at some point in life or lifetimes. This is a compounded predicament for the soul which is already operating in ignorance but then getting piled on something that is completely contrary to the truth; for if the truth were fully known, without unwanted ego filters, those thoughts would have nowhere to take up residence in the personality.
As such your great capacities in music and storytelling afford you the capability to channel and express deeply held feelings and work through issues that prevent the light of self from flowing – and you are progressing: “Even appreciation for my Self, which is new.” This indeed is key to advancement on the path, for lack of self-appreciation means lack of capacity to appreciate the Divine, since you are a manifestation, an expression of divinity and to the extent that there can be clarity on that issue, to that extent there will be peace and understanding in life.
Therefore continue reflecting on these issue and everyday remember this wisdom through every step, song and struggle…
That you may always know there is life beyond the muddle..
When times are easy remember your song,
In time things get better for all changes before long.
Tell the person who sits in your chair,
Yes be present and aware,
Of the failings and follies of life as a human,
For that the teaching will help to illumine,
The part that my heart plays,
The path that philosophy lays,
Out of the wilderness and fire and drowning waters of perdition roads.
Gods and goddesses all help bear my loads.
Neteru nebu gods and goddesses all,
Helping out a sister, to discover the reason for her fall.
As Sekhemit rose with the teaching of Djehuty,
Well, now comes Ar t Neter-s mery maa ty!HTP

KeymasterUdja Shems Arit,
Dua for this very reflective and insightful and expressive response to this assignment. This is why S. Maa I believe appreciates this current method of teaching – via distance learning.
Between your nefer reflective meditative song that is allowing you to flow on in your life, not only stopping at the focus of the flow of physical money, but the essence of the main issue of life itself…resolving the obstructive ego-based ariu to evolve towards Nehast.
Between your song and Sebai Maa’s nefer poem in response…
…a very Nefer post and post response by S. Maa, with your own dedicated poem from him:
Therefore continue reflecting on these issue and everyday remember this wisdom through every step, song and struggle…
That you may always know there is life beyond the muddle..
When times are easy remember your song,
In time things get better for all changes before long.
Tell the person who sits in your chair,

As Sekhemit rose with the teaching of Djehuty,
Well, now comes Ar t Neter-s mery maa ty!HTP…and ny, keep working it…even if it is fighting it at times…just keep on…just like a fish that jumps and finds itself out of water will keep jumping and floundering until it makes its way back into the water, so too..all the movements of an authentic aspirants may not look “pretty”…may look floundering at times…but eventually those actions will lead that fish back to the water….so too you will find yourself immersed in the Nun~ Nuk Nunu, and leaving a trail of inspiring spiritual music for aspirants to come.

103AA – Introduction to Kemetic Yoga Postures, their deeper meaning as more than just exercise Pt. 1:
Sebai Maa and Seba Dja alternated their teachings with this lesson giving us the understanding that the posture system or Tjef Neteru Sema Paut (movements of the Gods and Goddesses) was practiced by the priests and priestess prior to Indian and Asian systems and originated in Kemet as was shown to us in the Temple of Hetheru at Denderah. It is based in mythology for purifying the mind not just for physical health. We are to allow ourselves to come into harmony with the cosmic energies of creation (Gods/Goddesses). Its basis is to lead to expansion of heart (Auwet Ab). Ny these postures lead one to physical health by strengthening and increasing the energy flow to the endocrine system and allowing one to de-stress, etc. But they also develop the energy of the inner personality. Learning the mythology behind the movements gives insights to allow development of the energy of the Gods and Goddesses within yourself, to discover your own Divinity.. Seba Dja shared a Nefer Kemetic teaching, “Men and women are mortal Gods and Goddesses and the Gods and Goddesses are immortal men and women.” This is the expansion and harmony with the cosmic energies we create for union with the Divine. This is the true goal for which one should practice Yoga, not just for the physical aspects but for the purification of the mind to discover the deeper essence, the Divine.
The Tjef Neter Sema Paut is performed in different phases and as we journey through them we discover and embody those energies. The first posture Sebai Maa explained is the Mummy posture which allow you to relax and prepare for learning about spirit. Then entering the Creation phase learning to create the heavens and the earth through the postures as the Gods and Goddesses had done. Next after the Creation phase, now we must sustain it and discover the depth of the earth with the Geb posture. Moving then into the Transition phase where we discover many animal deities such as Selket (scorpion posture), Sebek (crocodile posture) Hor M Akhet (Sphinx posture) these are to be learned and sublimate so we may transcend. Next we discover the Heavenly phase presided over by the Goddesses Aset, Maat, Nut these postures lead to Establishment in the glories that we’ve opened ourselves to and enter into Meditation to seal the practice. If practiced correctly, reverently with understanding of the mythology behind the movements one can experience transformation.
I must admit that I do not have a strong background in doing the postures but have been following along with Sebai Maa’s video which he produced in Saqqara. While we were in Egypt he even showed us the spot where he had filmed it but at this time we were not able to reach it due to a fence. One pose I feel most affinity to in practicing along with him is the Aset Embrace pose. This pose for me allows to embrace the Divinity within me, feeling union with my true essence.Hetep,

KeymasterUdja Shems Baket,
I see you are Tjef Sema Paut Neteru-ing now… : ).
Your explanation showed good understanding of the meanings of the postures.
Keep in mind we have different levels of practicing the postures…level 1, 2, 3. But there are also intermediary levels to these in one’s own personal practice as an evolution in the postures, and also depending on the needs of the body, mind or spirit and dictates of the outer circumstances, surroundings, venue, if one is teaching, etc, they are interchangeable and adaptable.Sometimes one may want to focus more on the physical…and sometimes one just wants to be meditative. And at other times, somewhere in between. This system is dynamic…as it is a process of cultivation of the cosmic principles needed for Nehast.
For example: You mentioned the Embrace posture. There is the physical aspect of just going into the posture, then also one can develop association with the deity of that posture, Goddess Aset, then one can also repeat a hekau when in the posture related to the goddess, Dua Aset, or for the embrace posture, I like to do the last part of the Invocatory prayer to Aset: “I have come to be a protector unto thee….”, then one can reflect on the mythic-devotional aspect of the posture, being embraced by the goddess, feeling loved, healed and protected, then also one can engage in a mythic reflective philosophy when engaged in the posture, being embraced by one’s own Intuitional Capacity, then also one can focus on emulating the divinities to become like them (acquire the cosmic principles they represent), then one can also practice the Nuk affirmation & identification practice, Nuk Aset, feeling that one IS Goddess Aset, the embracer, and then there is the meditative aspect where one allows thoughts to subside and abide as Aset.
May you discover the love of Aset, as well as Nuk Aset!
HTP,
S. Dja
