Udja, Sebai Maa. Dua for sharing the wisdom teachings with me, I am building up my Shedy practice daily and seeking to become dedicated, devoted and consistent as I get stronger. I see myself as one very serious about the practice and after so many years of being under the rule of my lower self to good degree I am grateful for every improvement I am gradually becoming aware of and experiencing. I have to relate more to who and what I am suppose to be more than what I use to be.
