Indeed, meditation is a practice for allowing the experience and or practice of quietude to take on a focused and expanded perspective that allows the deeper, previously unknown aspects of the personality to be revealed. The practice of the 42 Precepts of Maat are a means to forging HETEP or secular and non-secular peace in life that is a foundation for successful advancing spiritual practice. Wisdom may be thought of as the result of knowledge or learning + application of that knowledge in worldly situations = that equals experiences that allow one to understand the meaning of the teaching and the feeling of its impact. This level is intellectual leading to intuitional understanding, such that even when a reason cannot be expressed intellectually it is nevertheless understood intuitionally. Putting together sufficient insights clears the unconscious mind from its obstructing quandaries and desires, paving the way for what has been learned to be “SAA” (understood and felt).
