The important themes presented in this presentation started with the Judgment scene and the description of Asar, Anpu and Djehuty, describing what happens if one’s heart is heavier, lighter or equal to the feather of my Ma’at. The video also shows three books that an aspirants should read concerning the principles of Ma’at.
Also the importance of yoga poses, the exercise that comes with it, the significance of practicing yoga, the philosophy behind the postures and how to think properly.
Also the importance of intrical spiritual practice. Why it is important to be completely balanced in in all areas of spiritual practices so as not to become lopsided.
