1. What are the main teachings brought out in the audio lecture recording?
One of the main teachings brought out in the audio lecture recording is why it is essential to
follow, listen and practice the teachings of Shetaut Neter to find ones’ true self, which is the
divine self. One of the other main lessons is to purify the personality, the ego, the intellect, the
body, the speech and ones’ actions.
2. Are you currently implementing the teachings given in the book and the lecture? If so
which one(s)?
I am trying to purify my heart, mind and body by studying and attempting to practice Ma’at. I
practice Hekau meditations and divine love meditations. Also, I have implemented proper
breathing exercises.
3. If not then how will you implement the teachings you are not currently practicing, in your
life and in spiritual practice?
By listening, reflecting and practicing the teachings such as the teachings in Shetaut Neter. This
cannot be done properly without the guidance and tutelage of a qualified practitioner and an
environment that supports the disciplines.
