ABOUT THE STATEMENT:

“Feelings are harder to remove than thoughts. It can hurt alot.
Can change thinking patterns, can change what happens, change the environment,
but how do you change a feeling of a moment?
Emotions are energy in motion, so if you can change the energy, or redirect the energy, can you change the feeling? Change the thought, change the vibration, then wait for the new feelings to appear. Next time there is a trigger, instead of reacting with fear, change the sounds that you hear. Or the aroma of the atmosphere Frequency is everywhere. Chant, dance, move the energy. Release the feelings, then change the thoughts.”

FEEDBACK

Emotions may be understood as outward expressions of feelings. Thoughts can be based on emotions and actions proceed from conclusions of the thoughts. Feelings arise out of the construct of aryu that supports ego-based existence. Feelings are subtler and therefore deeper than thoughts and can be founded in ignorance or wisdom. The wisdom based feelings tend towards truth while those based on ignorance support egoism, entanglements and sufferings. If the content of mind’s aryu were to change towards wisdom then the feelings would change accordingly. This can be seen as the kneading action of Khnum- the working on one’s life day to day smoothing out the rough edges of the negative personality traits, rubbing anger with patience, greed with contentment, etc.

ABOUT THE STATEMENT:

“If theAnkh is the symbol of Physical Life , it is also the symbol of struggle and strife”
