I’ve learned a lot from this exchange and I can apply it to myself as well. I can also relate to not finding the necessary time in order to have peace and be able to devote most of my time to the teachings. Recently I was able to free to much time by changing my workplace and schedule. I agree with your answer to question #10 and my goal is similar.
I’m very impressed with the feedback given by Sebai MAA. Because our main goal is nehast, everything else is secondary. Reflecting on this point, I am getting ideas which I will write down in my journal as I continue to progress in this area. I plan on making sure my time is spent in pursuit of this goal.
Another piece of advice I took from this is regarding consistency and upholding Maat instead of showing anger and negativity.
