music and feeling
Indeed
The term hesy (singing) is a form of deployment of khut – the application of the creative energy with will/intent. Hekau are the words of power and they can be chanted, recited, sung etc. Singing is a unique method because it allows the personality to incorporate certain feelings more easily into the energetic projection. Notice how when certain music is played it facilitates certain feelings to flow and also when one is feeling down certain music can change the vibrations of state of mind to more positive (and the reverse is also true). Singing can have the feature of sustaining the feeling and vibration as opposed to spoken, chanted or recited words. In verse 59 the vibration, particularly being related to childhood also brings up the ideal of child-like feeling, meaning not modulated by maturity into adulthood.
