Lesson 2: Simple Meditation Audio Assignment
What stood out to me in this video is how small one can start off to build their capacity to mediate effectively. I am not implementing meditation consistent, I can get this practice in 50% and my goal is 100% of the week. Hence, knowing that I can still be okay with 5 to ten minutes is helpful for me to be able to accomplish my goal being that I prefer when I am able to do it longer being that I have developed that ability to be in mediation for up to 1 -1.5 hours.
