Level 1, Lesson 22, Video Assignment
Yesterday, I watched the Noon worship video on the Egyptian Yoga website. At the end of the worship session, there is a recording of a lecture given by Sebai Maa that speaks about the importance of remembering our true Self. Also, that the consequences of not remembering include becoming a negative personality that hurts itself and/or others. Whenever I watch this video, I appreciate the opportunity to remind myself of who I truly am, and to be conscious of the way I treat myself and others.
