& program. Where do I find the weekly online worship sessions? Presently, I’m chanting,
“Om Amun Ra Ptah” daily for 5 mins, I’ll be increasing to 10 mins. Doing the meditation
chant for 5 mins seems too short but I’ve been more consistent.
