I would like to highlight a quote from Shems Baket’s posting # 6869 that particularly resonated with me.
“The two sisters, Aset-purified mind and Nebethet-purified body have the power to bring the soul back, meaning Oneness-Anu.”
I recognize within myself aspects of both Aset and Nebethet. In my spiritual aspiration I strive for the purification of the mind and the body, as one cannot achieve a higher consciousness without good health and mental well being. When I can master the balance and Oneness of mind and body (Aset and Nebethet) I will no longer be striving but established.
