Thank you very much for this extensive reply and information, contains many valuable pieces of information which I will draw from and apply. The topics of the diet, Unas, and community all are helpful pointers directing my journey.
Also with this lesson I found myself studying and reflecting on the placebo effect and the potentiality of that knowledge of the mind within the context of religion and yoga practice.
