Thank you very much for this teaching and reiteration of Khack-Ab (Dispassion) and Antet Begag (continued pursuit without being discouraged-repeated effort.) My goal is to practice according to the Three fold shedy practice daily without fail, as I know intellectually and from the experience of it that this exhaust and dissolve the old negative patterns.
