I found both of your posts interesting. I have the same feels and taken some approaches that believe will help me in purifying my heart. I have come to the realization that we live in a battle ground of ideas. We are being bombarded by very advance schemes to constantly grab our attention. The vehicle that is being used is all forms of media. So I feel in order to purify my heart I must take a realistic approach to eliminating as much involment in watching television, movies, radio, reading magazines and newspapers as possible. And also keeping my communications and conversation in line with becoming enlighten. Htp
