I too find this story of Lady Het-Heru and Djehuty most profound and from my understanding, i can see how one can get caught up and lost in the mundane reality of Egoistic worldly pursuit/Material delusion worldly pleasure (intoxicated with blood & beer) and how intoxication of the mandrake (Shetaut Neter) within the Setjert created by Lord djehuty (the divine intellect) will lead one to the discovery of the divine Self.
I found this presentation by Seba Dja most profound, along with how Sebai MAA gave another way to look at the Setjert in the feeback given. This particular part of the lecture truly resonated with me as i can relate it to my own life experience.
