This is a very brilliant way to implement the practice when one may have limited time. I see how the time can gradually increase from the minimum in due time and not just focusing on one area, however all areas of the discipline and as Anthony put we don’t have to “leave the practice” when we are not doing the 3 Fold Worship.
I can see even more that i do not have to be so hard on myself and keep beating myself up with the pity bat because i am not being “spiritual” enough. This is a very brilliant system of the practices for ones like myself that have been struggling with the time factor and i give thanks. I can also see how the gradual process can initiate growth in the aspirant, so they become more like Heru strangling the serpents, sublimating and rising above the negative afflictions of the mind and becoming more confident in one self.
