I am going through the same thing when it comes to the three fold daily worship. I always chant Amun Ra Ptah 4x when I cannot do the worship or the offering and chant also. Even this seems to not be enough by my own standards.
I’m definitely working on this and making it a priority just like I make smoking a priority as I still have not quit the habit.
