One of the most important questions in this lesson was “How should a spiritual aspirant think about the prospect of becoming “God-like” and their capacity to live a life of virtue and cultivation of the spirit through scientific knowledge, practice and bodily discipline and is this possible for everyone? If so why so? If not why not?”

What is really behind this is the idea for students in Level 1 studies to see what the attitude and opinion is supposed to be for an initiate and then check oneself to see if one agrees with that. That agreement can be surface like and at that level it does not transform the personality. If is truly agreed with, accepted and adopted in day to day life going forward, then eventually, gradually, in increments, it leads to a transformation and to the goal of life. So it is a reflective question for all aspirants to consider now and also later as the spiritual studies continue.
