This assignment was straightforward and covered several important topics. Additionally, in #9 the task is to balance as well as “integrate” the teaching day to day, meaning to make the teaching part of life so that it is applied in all areas of life. Integrating the teaching into your personality, handling the different aryu, handling the different disciplines, and setting a schedule to practice them and handling the frustrations and successes and keeping motivated and moving forward; all this is integral shedy practice and it is a vary important aspect of correct application of the teaching and staying effectively on the spiritual path that leads to success. Seba Dja delivered a lecture presentation based on this concept of integral shedy and it is worth reviewing. A special page with the video has been setup for KU Students click here to view.
