It is quite interesting to se the amount of meditative techniques you can choose from or/& use.
I did not mention it in my assignment but as I was reading through yours it did occur to me that there are quite a few techniques that can be used.
Its fulfilling to see that at this time in history we were so focused, steadfast and aimed at being spiritually enlightened virtues and morale. The postures, Hekas (Hope I spelt it correctly I meant words of power), walls carvings/paintings and scriptures are extremely profound and integral in terms of how they can always be incorporated life, that I can fully understand why the civilisation prospered for so many years.
