The term is “ari” or sometimes “ary” for singular meaning action, deed, etc. and “aryu” meaning actions {plural} etc.
Continue to implement the disciplines without undue stress as you have been and keep on improving as time goes on; you will automatically start adjusting in all areas of life and when things become more propitious you will spend more time applying more aspects in a balanced and orderly manner.
Meditating, journaling and OM Amun Ra Ptah are excellent core disciplines to start and work with. These are forming a foundation to build on so be pleased to this extend that you are doing something positive and valuable for your level of practice and know there is more to come.
