Udja Bernadette. I relate to and am inspired by the struggle to understand and apply the teachings. I find that as I work through those two things I experience the results of yoga as explained by Sebai. That inspires me to keep resolving disorders and cleansing my body and mind to have a clear-clean-ordered lifestyle that revolves around Shedy and spiritual qualities. The inner-fulfillment, bliss, and intuitional realization is real. Its almost like the hard part is understanding the teachings, thinking correctly about the practice, and setting ourselves up to practice. Within the practice, the experience just happens its really amazing. But yes, I am at the same point with working on it. I appreciate Sebai’s response and am listening to it now.
