Pema Chodron is a renowned teacher and very positive which further credits your spiritual aspiration to have sought insight through such a personality and others similar. You have no doubt by now found that your previous spiritual practices were not in vein but are finding higher fulfillment in your present studies, and there is more to come – leading to the goal you seek, as you currently understand it and as you will even more deeply in the future as you progress.
