Especially in the beginning of the spiritual journey but also moving forward through the spiritual journey it is important “not to let perfection be the enemy of the good” and the good is coming to the teachings and not allowing the stream of wisdom to dry up. This means doing one’s best and forgiving the failings of life with an honest effort towards improvement. No need for fanaticism or undue stress. Maatian balance couples with positive effort and facing the challenges of life and the teaching is key.
