Just a small clarification related to the question #4
This admonition is not because the preceptor will think less of or be cross with an aspirant but because the aspirant wants to prevent any disruption in the relations with the preceptor so as to maintain the energy flow of psychic positive feeling and wisdom. Sometimes the aspirant may lash out and create feelings of regret, guilt, hurt etc. within themselves and thereby shield themselves from the grace. That is part of the spiritual journey but knowing the issue may help to avoid a disruption that could cost the aspirant years or lifetimes of spiritual seeking.
