Indeed, the postures are an interesting and wholistic practice that includes or leads to all elements of the wider integral teaching. You can get the book and you can also check the free youtube channel. You can practice on your own with the videos but better is being led in the practice. We do that at conferences also but perhaps there is someone in your area who is trained. Also you can attend the Level 1 and then Level 2 certification classes.
