Udja Shems Heryt and Dua for your post on this lecture. It was quite extensive and inclusive and I agree with so I don’t think there is much I could further add. However, in posing your first question, “Is Witnessing Consciousness a state of mind or a state of being?” My understanding with this lecture in regard to Witnessing Consciousness according to Sebai Maa is that “It is beyond mind, thoughts and conscious self.” So therefore would not be a state of mind or state of being. Since it is beyond then it would be “absolute or transcendental”, beyond our time and space and astral aspects. “That essence that remains even when we sleep, even when you are not thinking that is called “Amun”, He whose name is Hidden, The One Watcher.
Ny I also agree that is “paramount to become intimately familiar” with this Divine Essence this is our goal.
