Level 1 – Lesson 1 – GS12 – An evening W/Sebai Maa & Seba Dja –
Why is Shetaut Neter important? What are the main teachings brought out in the audio lecture?
Shetaut Neter is an authentic religion based around living a life of devotion to the divine & in that devotion in the divine you will free yourself of worldly concepts, desires and lifestyles. It is a journey as such, that could help and aspirant to return to the divine. It is the full path to spiritual evolution.
In understanding it you will be led to the ultimate mystic goal of life. You find happiness, fulfilment, peace & satisfaction in the divine which is not fleeting.
Teachings that are spoken about –
•Heruakti represents shed, meditation, devotion. Heru is the pathway to the divine in a sense that in encompassing Heru you could become a master of the Earth.
•Set is a representation of ego, ignorance, lower nature. The opposite to Heru .
•Nehast means Awakening. It means to be purified, morale, enlightened.
•Sometimes it’s beneficial in life to go back to go forward. To go back in your life to make right all the thing that will hold you back in your spiritual journey to enlightenment. It is necessary to go back to aid you in your purification.
•It is necessary to identify the true aspect in all things to help you remain detached from worldly situations, occurrence, circumstances & so on. In identifying the true nature of all things you remain constantly aware of the underlying reasons behind all their actions, whether good or bad.
I am currently implementing daily worship, whether it is me meditating, chanting Heka or studying the teachings. I hae also taken on a vegetarian diet.
Next steps are to complete 2 daily worships a day for at least 30 minutes and to become a consistent non meat eater.
