Dua for sharing. The Setjert formula also resonated with me for the very same reasons. The ingredients of blood, beer and mandrake and what they represents as well as the GLM story of Hetheru and Lord Djeuty. I am grateful for the teachings/ the Shedy disciplines for us to practice creating the mandrake formula in our daily lives.
