Dua for your insights. I am also struggling with balance in my practice. I have found that practicing in the early morning before my day starts helps me to remain consistent. In the evening I choose to study, listen to lectures or meditate or whatever I need to process my experiences during the day. I close my day with devotional worship. I also agree with you regarding the structure of this course, it has helped me greatly in gaining balance.
