Public vs Private practice: Public practice is lead by a Priest or Priestess and is normally held in the outer portion of the temple. Where Private practice is held in the home with a personal alter.
The first form of meditation was found on a tomb in ancient Kemet.
The weighing of the heart: If your heart is light you will sit atthe throne with Asar. If your heart is medium you will be in the house with Asar. If your heart is heavy you will suffer then reincarnate.
Being discipline: You must be discipline in performing the postures, chants and meditation
You must trust your preceptor to be able to give you the knowledge need to understand and apply the philosophy.
2. Explain what impressed you in this presentation
What impressed me most or what stuck with me most in the video was that the information that we are learning is still written and can be seen on the tombs and other monuments in Kemet. I can’t wait to one day see those for myself.
