Nothing that is obtained from egoistic activity is abiding (they don’t last) they are not a guarantee for happiness. This is very profound for my journey because I used to believe happiness was in artifacts that I procured. I would have my goals set on specific material items but when I obtained them I noticed they never provided satisfaction. It’s almost like eating but being hungry directly after eating. It was not until I began following (Shedy)these three steps that I began to experience TRUE happiness
