Greetings Olapeju- Dua for your insights. I too have experienced times when my shedy practice is not balanced and consistent. What strategy, if any do you use when you are able to balance and be consistent? Is there anything you have done so far that seem to work ? If so please share as I’m sure some of us also experience this at times. Also if anyone else would like to share as well. For me I find that setting aside a specific time helps. Dua
