What are the main teachings?
Main teaching is to practice meditation, chanting and breathing in a quiet place at least five minutes daily.
Are you/Am I currently implementing the teaching?
Yes. I usually go into a meditation as I move through the Tjef Neteru Sema Paut and I also meditate in the last posture Nehast and do the Om Asar Aset Heru chant after I rise up from Nehast.
I will begin to incorporate Om Amun Ra Ptah into my chanting.
