8. How should an Aspirant think about their spiritual checklist and how diligent should they try to be with it?
a. Think of it as a blueprint for how to be successful in implementing integral shedy practice.
b. This is food for the body, mind, and soul. So I believe that just as I make it my duty to eat multiple times a day, I must follow this blueprint with the same if not more diligence to allow the purification to truly take place within me.

A blueprint for spiritual success! This is a wonderful way to think of one’s progress because it can help us to relate to the teachings and feel disconnected. I think it is important to have a strong interest and allow it to grow over time naturally and thinking about the process as a blue will help. That’s why when we assign an important status we indulge in it and keeping a spiritual diary is a great idea. This would allow one to focus on spiritual development.
