I plan to continue to make my spiritual practice as consistent as possible. I also make use of opportunities to practice the teachings through my interactions with others, singing chants to myself throughout the day, and so on. In time, I hope my life becomes less complex so that I can further develop my spiritual studies.
This is an important statement because this states that while changing lifestyle no matter what that idea is to be consistent and find as many opportunities as possible to develop and strengthen the new muscle capacity. Like allowing the chants to fill the mind every day. I believe this is a great start to being completely involved.
