I just have started with Lesson 1 myself and for me seeing initiation as a continuing, ongoing process, as you also have described it, seems to be very important. Often people believe that initiation is a single event, but what inspires me to keep practicing daily is the fact, that each and every time we repeat our meditations, devotionals etc. we move on in the process of initiation.
Also I have noticed that I often feel “hurried” or blame myself for not making fast progresses. But as Sebai Maa responded it is not a race against time!
