Q: What are the steps in practicing the Yoga of Action?
1. Practice right action (ethical conscious, to purify the gross aspect of the personality)
2. Practice cultivation of higher virtues (selfless service, to purify mind and intellect from the subtler impurities)
3. Practice devotion to the Divine (see maatian actions as offerings to the Divine)
4. Practice meditation (see oneself as one with MAAT, united with the cosmic order which is the Transcendental Supreme Self.)

Q: How should a spiritual aspirant think about ego-based feelings and how does the Action Path affect them as an aspirant transforms through time?

A: Ego-based feelings are only due to the ignorance of our True nature. If the Ab is filled with An maatian thoughts and feelings it will block the vision of our true nature and that causes ignorance. Like GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out) our ego-based feelings are only the results of our previous actions/feelings and If we practice devotion to the Divine by constantly offering our actions/feelings to the Divine it will purify them. And the image that comes to mind is of the RP(ourselves) offering MAAT to the Divine.

The Action Path is the one that aggressively/dynamically engage or confront the ego, by using tools as gentle as selfless service, offering MAAT to the Divine, Identification to the Divine. The Action Path is from a practical standpoint the main area where the battle between Heru and Set happens. If practice properly, it will lead to the effacement of ego through time, the ego will fadeaway and the True Self will reveal Itself.
