The important themes that I noted in this reading was the dynamic information on preceptors, true teachers and the sebai. As a health and wellness instructor that focuses on teaching balance in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, this information was an abundance of confirmation for my life’s purpose at this time. This information on yoga offered a stabilizing reminder of channels of inner wisdom that are present in life. I enjoyed the lesson very much. The reminders of how to be and who to be was inspiring and let me know that this sacred space is a divine blessing for my spirit at this time.
