What is the relationship between the Egyptians and the Ethiopians?

The Ancient Egyptians were a colony of Ethiopians from the south, who came to the north east Part of Africa, thus they were both the same people, just in different geographical locations.

What is the Initiatic way of education?

The initiatic way of education is a journey that educates the aspirant about the teachings of yoga and mystical spirituality. The teachings are learned by listening, studying and meditating on a daily basis, becoming a way of life.
It is also imperative to have a spiritual preceptor to guide you along this spiritual path.

How does the Kemetic yoga counsellor help the seeker?

A Kemetic yoga counsellor helps the seeker with various feelings that may arise, helping them to work through feelings like disappointment, pain and anger.
The yoga counsellor helps to restructure and channel those energies which maybe affecting the seeker/aspirant.

How should a beginning aspirant think about the different levels of aspirants?

In the Shetaut Neter system of yoga, there were 3 levels of aspirants:

1. Aspiration – this level is for those who haven’t experienced inner vision . The important factor of this level is to become conscious of the awakening of the spiritual self and divine presence.

2. Striving aspirants have attained inner vision and have received a glimpse of Cosmic consciousness. The important factor for this level is purification of the mind and body through a spiritual discipline. The aspirant trying to surrender personal identity (ego) to the divine inner self.

3. Established – this level is when the aspirant has become “identified ” with or “united” with “God”. The important factor at this level is experience and appreciation of the divine presence during reflection and meditation.
