The following outline contains ideas for possible components of a program that, it is thought, could qualify as a sufficiently comprehensive curriculum for application as training with the purpose of developing individuals who would like to work towards becoming qualified and effective clergy within the framework of what may be considered as Neterianism as such a tradition would have developed up to our times but not compromising as to quality and content of spiritual knowledge and practice but rather reflecting the power and wisdom of the ancient spiritual ancestors for and in our times. This means the practice should be faithful to the ancient tradition at least in its fundamentals, and not debasing itself to the impurities and weaknesses of modern human culture.
